We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Property Consultant to manage sales and letting transactions, offering a rewarding uncapped commission structure, a fuel and travel allowance, and 30 days of annual leave. In this role, you will source, secure, and market new property listings, conduct professional viewings, manage and negotiate offers, and guide buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants through their transactions while ensuring all actions strictly meet PSRA and legal standards. To qualify, you must possess a valid, current PSRA licence, a minimum of two years of Irish property sales or letting experience, and a full, clean Irish driving licence with your own vehicle. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for achieving successful closures and maintaining high standards in this fast-paced environment.
Apprentice
