Property Consultant


Role

  • Guide buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants through property transactions.

  • Monitor Dublin City Centre market trends and property values.

  • Actively source new property listings and build client networks.

  • Conduct professional property viewings and open houses.

  • Manage offers and negotiate terms to secure successful closures.

  • Ensure all transactions meet PSRA regulations and legal standards.

Requirements

  • Valid PSRA licence is essential.
  • Minimum 2 years of property sales or letting experience in Ireland.

  • Deep familiarity with Dublin City Centre neighbourhoods.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Full, clean Irish driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Sales Support


Role

  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound telephone, online, and walk-in enquiries.
  • Qualify buyer and seller requirements to match them with available properties or valuation services.
  • Schedule property viewings, market appraisals, and valuations for the active sales team.
  • Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and financial advisors to assist with basic sales progression tracking.
  • Prepare and issue client care packs, contracts, and terms of business to vendors.
  • Manage and continuously update property listings across the CRM database and major property portals.
  • Ensure accurate data entry of all customer files, offers, and interactions within the internal database.
  • Coordinate mandatory Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation.
  • Coordinate email alerts to registered applicants regarding new properties.
  • Draft compelling property descriptions and proof read digital brochures.
  • Organize professional photography, floor plans, and BER's for new listings.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an estate agency, lettings agency, or fast-paced property environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency using estate agency CRM software (e.g., Reapit, Street, or Alto) alongside standard MS Office suites.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills for handling stressful customer complaints or complex transaction questions calmly.
  • Flawless record-keeping habits to handle legal documents and compliance checks safely.
  • Proven ability to juggle multi-agent diaries, prioritise strict legal deadlines, and handle unexpected customer traffic.
