We are seeking a driven Property Consultant to join our dynamic Dublin City Centre team. You will manage property portfolios, advise clients on market trends, and secure residential or commercial deals. This role requires excellent negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the Dublin property market.

Role

  • Guide buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants through property transactions.

  • Monitor Dublin City Centre market trends and property values.

  • Actively source new property listings and build client networks.

  • Conduct professional property viewings and open houses.

  • Manage offers and negotiate terms to secure successful closures.

  • Ensure all transactions meet PSRA regulations and legal standards.

Requirements

  • Valid PSRA licence is essential.

  • Minimum 2 years of property sales or letting experience in Ireland.

  • Deep familiarity with Dublin City Centre neighbourhoods.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Full, clean Irish driving licence and access to own vehicle.
