Position Overview

Sales Support


Position Overview

We are seeking an organized, office-based Sales Support professional to handle inbound enquiries via phone, online, and walk-ins. You will manage multi-agent diaries, coordinate property listings, assist with sales progression, and handle critical compliance checks. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify client requirements, schedule viewings, and coordinate market appraisals.
  • Liaison with solicitors, surveyors, and financial advisors; prepare client care packs and contracts.
  • Manage CRM databases and portals, draft descriptions, and organize photography, floor plans, and BERs.
  • Handle mandatory AML/KYC checks and maintain flawless data entry for customer files and offers. 

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year in an estate agency, lettings, or fast-paced property environment.
  • Strong proficiency in estate agency CRM software (e.g., Reapit, Street, Alto).
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to prioritize strict legal deadlines.
  • Permanent, full-time hours including occasional rotating Saturday mornings.
